In a few cases drugs to reduce the sensitivity of the bladder are necessary (known as "anticholinergics" such as oxybutinin or solifenacin).  They can have side effects (dry mouth, racing pulse, indigestion) and cannot be taken if you have one form of Glaucoma (eye condition). 

Initial consultations are generally of 40 minutes duration
